The events will mark 80 years since the surrender of Germany during the Second World War and the end of the conflict in Europe.

The one-day event will see kites great and small soaring above Morecambe’s South Beach between 11am and 4pm on Sunday 20 July.

Like many in Morecambe, we were surprised and saddened to hear the news that Vintage By The Sea will not be taking place this summer.
